Hey beautiful peopleeeee!!! ♡
I can’t believe today is the last day of 2017! This year has gone by SO quickly!
Since its almost the new year, I was praying and thinking about what God wanted me to do, and the word “Thankful” came to mind. One thing I love to do during my quiet time, or just any chance I get is to write out a list of things I am thankful for. I don’t know what it is about it, but it just helps me so much and gives me such a mindset of gratitude and hope. Because when we think about the blessings we have, we realize how blessed we actually are. It cultivates a beautiful mindset of thankfulness which then transforms our thought processes and whenever a struggle occurs, we remember how blessed we are and God uses this to help carry us through.
We are all so blessed by God. One of my favorite verses EVER is James 1:17 and it says:
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”
Every good thing we have comes from God! Sometimes we can have this mindset of an angry God or someone who doesn’t care about us, but our Father is SO loving. He gives us these good things and blessings even though we don’t deserve them. He wants to see us joyful and enjoying the fullness of life that comes from Jesus. (john 10:10)
I don’t know about you guys, but I am very forgetful. I write out things I am thankful for, but then I forget for another month just because of busyness or forgetfulness.
SOOOOOO! I wanted to create something that would help me and you to remember to be thankful. A tool that would remind us to have a mindset of gratitude and praise towards God so that we can recognize all the good gifts we have been given!! ♡
So this is “Thankfulness Corner”

I am going to create one of these for every single month, but basically the idea is that you can write 1 thing you are thankful for each day!! That way you can really meditate on that thing, pray about it, remember it, thank God for it and also at the end of January you can look back at all the blessings you have! ♡ I have printed mine off and stuck it in my journal! But you can pin it on the wall, or put it in your Bible etc. I think its a really useful tool for prayer and praise too!
I am SUPER excited about doing this and I hope you are too!!! ♡
If you decide to use this and want to spread the word about it to your friends, you can post it online with the hashtag #thankfulnesscorner ♡
I am so thankful to Jesus for giving me this idea and I am super excited to see y’all using it too!! Thank you to every single person who reads my blog and supports me. I am super thankful for you all.
ALL THE LOVE!! AND HAPPY NEW YEAR! MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL ABUNDANTLY!
ps: you are SO loved by Jesus! I feel like He wanted me to remind you of that! ♡
